“As I look back on my early parenting days and then look at my wonderful grown young men, I realise that my feeding choices in their early days were loving choices that worked best for me and my baby. My boys were all both breastfed and bottle-fed and I want to reassure parents that whatever choice they make will be the right one for their unique situation.”—Kara
